During my internship at Zespół Szkół Techniczno-Informatycznych in Mszana Dolna, I gained hands-on experience in IT infrastructure management, working closely with a dedicated team to improve and maintain the school’s computer systems. My contributions were instrumental in ensuring a smooth, functional, and modernized computing environment for both students and staff.

Key Responsibilities and Achievements:

• Computer Lab Modernization: Played a key role in the conservation and restructuring of the school’s computer classroom, focusing on upgrading and maintaining Mac systems to enhance the learning environment.
• Network Installation and Configuration: Collaborated with a team to design and implement a robust network infrastructure for the computer classroom, ensuring seamless connectivity and reliable performance for all PC workstations.
• Software Management: Engaged in the installation, upgrading, and repair of software and operating systems across multiple devices. This included troubleshooting issues and ensuring that all systems were up-to-date and running efficiently.
• Administrative Support: Assisted with various office duties related to IT, contributing to the overall efficiency and organization of the school’s technological resources.
