Data Analyzer System
Data Analyzer System is a sophisticated and comprehensive software solution developed to monitor, download, present, and analyze financial data from a variety of web sources. Building on the foundation of the previous Data Analytics project, this system has been significantly enhanced to provide a robust, multi-functional tool that caters to the needs of both individual investors and financial analysts. With a strong emphasis on scalability, performance, and ease of use, the Data Analyzer System offers a seamless experience for tracking and interpreting Data trends.
This extensive system consists of multiple interconnected applications that work together seamlessly to provide comprehensive data analysis:
- Data Analyzer Client: This advanced GUI client extends the previous data analysis tool by incorporating additional financial data beyond investment funds. The client is highly versatile, capable of being fed with data from any source, making it suitable for various data.
- Server Application: The server simulates a browser, scraping data from selected web pages in JSON format. It parses this data and stores it in a MySQL database, which can then be accessed by the Data Analyzer Client for further analysis. The integration of various technologies and frameworks ensures the system handles large datasets and complex calculations efficiently.
- Unit Testing: A dedicated application contains unit tests for the core functionalities, ensuring the system's reliability and correctness. This testing framework is crucial for maintaining code quality and facilitating future development.
Designed with modularity in mind, the Data Analyzer System allows different components to interact and function together cohesively, while also enabling future expansion. The project employed advanced Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, design patterns, and multithreading techniques. A custom multi-threaded task system was implemented to parallelize data fetching and processing, significantly improving performance.
